Elders Quorum Rocket Activity
In May, the Elders Quorum had a fund activity where members of the ward had the opportunity to create a rocket and launch them at the 3 peaks air strip.
Despite the wind, there was a lot of fun and excitement watching the rockets take off while the children ran off to retrieve the rockets.Some rockets went up, some rockets, went sideways, and other rockets never even made it off the launch pad.
We had refreshments and rewards given out for a variety of accomplishements such as:
- The Dud Awards
- The Darwin Award- Highest Rocket
- Best Looking Rocket
Thanks to everyone that cam and look forward to possibly doing it again in the future.
